Section 102(b) of the Congressional Accountability Act (CAA) requires the Office of Compliance (OOC) to report whether and to what degree provisions of Federal law, relating to the terms and conditions of employment of employees and access to public services and accommodations, are applicable or inapplicable to the Legislative Branch and, if inapplicable, whether they should be made applicable.
